Please text or call your therapist upon arrival and wait in your car as the lobby is closed.
Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancelation Policy...
Thank you for booking with us! Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you do not show for your appointment, your therapist does not get paid. Please be respectful of your therapist's time and give AT LEAST 24 hours notice. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will pay 50% of the service price. Clients who no show will pay 100%. Thank you for respecting your therapist's time!

Before...
Clients will receive an intake form via email; please complete this form before arriving. Please also remember to confirm your appointment! Reminders are sent a week before and the day before your appointment.
 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to review your intake with your therapist and use the restroom. Arriving early helps your therapist avoid running behind and gives you a chance to relax.

During...
Please let your therapist know if you need anything while receiving treatment; more/less pressure, water, tissues, etc...This is your time to relax so please help us help you feel your best!

After...
Following your appointment drink plenty of water and be sure to rebook to keep your body feeling its best!
